We have been the trusted service and maintenance provider for the heating and hot water systems at this nursing home for several years. In January 2024, the home approached us with the objective of replacing their outdated, inefficient floor-standing gas-fired boilers with modern, energy-efficient alternatives.
Scope of Works – July 2024:
Following a thorough planning phase, we carried out a complete plant room upgrade in July 2024. The project involved:
Stripping out the existing boiler configuration
Supplying and installing 3 no. Ideal Evomax 80kW gas-fired boilers
Installing a new flue liner system
Modifying existing pipework to suit the new arrangement
Fitting a new pressurization unit and energy-efficient pump
Minimized Downtime:
The changeover was carefully managed to ensure minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, maintaining comfort and continuity of care for residents.
