See below for some details about a few projects we've recently completed. We also have a number of exciting new projects just about to get underway which we thought you might like to hear about too!
Wroughton School, Swindon
We will shortly be removing the old, corroded iron pipework in the voids underground and replacing with new flow and return copper pipework throughout the old part of the school, along with removing 25-year-old warm air heaters and replacing them with modern fan convectors, controls and LST radiators.
Start Date: July 2021
Wat Tyler West, Swindon
We will shortly be commencing the replacement of boilers and flue at these offices. Due to the nature of the works scaffolding is being erected so the flue can be installed out of the turret on top of the building. A specialist flue company will be utilised.
3 x Ideal Evomax 150kw boilers to be installed, along with plate heat exchanger, pumps, pressurisation unit and other associated parts.

The Promenade, Cheltenham
Conversion of building into apartments.
We were responsible for plumbing aspect, installing pipework and direct unvented water heaters and sanitary-ware to each apartment.
Project Completed: June 2021
Butterfield Trust
Recently completed installation of 2 x Vaillant boilers in a swimming pool plant room, and Ideal Evomax boiler in the main residence.

Saintbridge Nursing Home
Replacement of life expired Lochinavar gas fired water heater.
